CARY, NC – Triangle MLS announced a new partnership with WellcomeMat, the leading provider of real estate property listing videos and comprehensive data analytics. TMLS’ more than 15,000 subscribers cover 16 counties in North Carolina, and this partnership will empower those subscribers to not only share, distribute and edit property listing videos, but also make strategic marketing decisions based on viewer data and behavior.

The WellcomeMat integration offers a new toolset inside the MLS system. Subscribers will use WellcomeMat to upload their property listing videos as well as replace, deactivate and edit the videos afterwards. Users may choose which social media and content channels to distribute the videos, and what descriptions to use for each individual channel. The program captures engagement analytics, providing vital metrics regarding viewership, website activity, and real-time buyer and seller preferences, ushering in a new era of media distribution for subscribers.
